In order to translate the vision into reality DRC has been working hard to achieve the following objectives;
  To empower the women and give a voice to them;
  To work for the socio-economic development of the women through micro-finance and micro-enterprise development;
  To educate and spread awareness among the masses to make a just society possible;
  To promote and facilitate sustainable development through people’s participatory process based on traditional norms and values;
  To promote alternative livelihood;
  To establish a gender sensitive society;
  To provide a safety net to the poor and the disadvantaged;
  To work for social security for the disadvantaged section of the society through Micro-Insurance.
